* E-7310: 3 speed gearbox
– Addons
– Adjusted the masses of pretty much everything
– Fuel is much heavier
– Log loads are ~50% greater
* A-469

    Respect, for your work, mod is nice, bu it makes driving unrealistic, because trucks literally don`t stuck. I think even in the original game mud is easy, now it is even more easier. For example in hill map you can take truck to the right and down and then get it EVEN UP no problem. That is an overkill. Uaz seems to goes thru mud as tank as well. If someone made mode that combines, your load weight increase and other things with this mods mud parameters that would be nice.

      Not at all Romans, that’s exactly the sort of info I need.

      But a big part of why it is now so ‘easy’ is that in conjunction with increased torque in 1/1+, the wheel speed in those gears has been decreased as well. This means that rather than as in standard game your wheels spin fast enough to rip the surface to shreds causing you to sink into the mud, your wheels now spin slower, which means they climb up through the mud onto the ‘solid’ surface (similar to using reduced throttle with standard gearing)

      Bearing that in mind I am still working on improving the mud settings, and the next version of SpinTires should feature a change in the mud physics as well, which will likely require further adjustments anyway.

    I tried to open media file and change mud parameters to those in russian road. As far as I can see with this combination weight parameters makes it a bit too hard. But i guess some one talantes with spare time can find the sweet spot for the mud parameters.

    @Josevi

    The legacy version doesn’t have the beacons. They are only mentioned around 6 times, hard to miss really.

    Great job !

    Driving is more réalistic.
    The additional couple is a good thing because
    we can play now with the engine speed (tr/m),
    don’t need to be with the pedal to the floor
    to find of the couple. The mod harms is optimized
    for the use of lighthouses +1. Gearbox optimized
    it is closer to the real driving .
    It is lacking can be just a little resistance in the mud
    but altogether it is of the good job.
    The ratio for the passages of speeds are

    Uau seemed very good work…i did most of it as well:)only the masses i haven`t messed with.
    Only the cisternes i put 6000l and 12000l, because normaly they take a lot more and my trucks have fuel tank from 550l to 1200l:)
    But very good work!
    My most recent addicion was Dumper to kraz…using the same chassis, without loosing anything all translated…so no more kusov and samosval :)also the bushes i reduce so they break more easely…came on a bush raising a jeep, doesen`t seem very real:)
    Good work man keep it up!
    about the lights, nice one because we always feel like is better not to turn them on

    i wonder how you manage to put crane,frontal exhaust and crane support on zil?
    i`m bringing this up, cause everytime i tryed load medium logs, it colapse, unless i removed the crane suport, crazy wright:)
    but that was in early days of game release…probably is more stable now as they say;)

      Pressureline…
      How do you manage to remove the stupid ghost cam from above the vehicles….sometimes it just occuping the all screen…when i try to rotate camera and click on screen…accidentally there it goes to hood camera
      I have hotkey on my wheel,so that part i don`t need
      But vanish the ghost camera would be nice!
      Want to share?:)

    Is it possible to get this to work on multiplayer? I tried loading the mod with JSGME after launching game, but it seems it’s not able to take all the files on use. So far only way I got this working is to load mod before launching the game which then disables the multiplayer obviously. 🙂

    Hein, you never posted my kraz rework with dumper etc…
    You said my DL asked you for register….you don`t need to register or have any password to DL my file.Only to acsess “one drive”, because only when you have you can acsess.The file is too big so i can not UL anywhere else…
