Hak’s Mountain Home Trail Map

Set somewhere in northern Arkansas near the town of Mountain Home. Once a logging area and now a national Parks and Recreation controlled land. The map features 6 objectives of log delivery, 5 lumber loading areas, 2 Log Kiosks for the hardcore bunch. Start with one unlocked garage and 4 vehicle slots, (add your fav mods). There are also 2 locked garages.

Download and extract with 7zip to spintires/media/levels.

Story:

You play the character, (once again), of a Ranger in the Parks and Recreation Administration. After settling in to the cabin at “Base” you are encouraged to explore the various trails to get a feel for the area.

Job Description:

Pick up short logs at a lumber loading area and deliver to any of 6 objectives,(camping areas and garages).

This map has been meticulously balanced for use with Bregel’s Toyota FJ40’s and Mercedes G320 Pickup. Any “small” vehicle is well suited for the map. The trails vary from open and smooth to tight and twisty. Large trucks will struggle on much of the map.

Advise to limit use of “lockers” to absolutely neccessary. It makes for a more challenging experience.

Some of my Maps have been showing up on YouTube. The author of the video drives around in full lockers at high speed. This may be for the purpose of “video watchability”, is that a word?, but it is the wrong way to travel on my maps. Slow and easy. Switch views to watch the front once in a while. Watch the suspension work, the tires flex and the beautiful scenery.

Update:

• Improved terrain in several locations
• Removed some Lumber Locations increasing difficulty significantly
• Added trees for winching
• Added more abandoned Logging debris
• If trail driving is only objective then no need to download new version.
