Looking to change the gearing up a bit on 4WD Low… can’t seem to find where to change it… I see High gear and first, second, and so on… any help would be appreciated… also is there a way to put a truck on a map without having to replace one…

  7. daniel says:

Can anyone tell me how to make it replace any truck I want? like it default replaces the UAZ how can I make it replace the ZIL?

    • Dr Snuff says:

go to media file>click classes>click trucks>rename the folder that says uaz to the truck you want it to replace.

  8. Randy says:

Daniel… right click on your spintires icon and select “open file location” then click on file folder named Media (not the zip file) you should then see a folder named classes… click on it… then you will click on a folder named trucks… there you will see the xml file named “uaz”… right click and select “rename” then simply rename it to “zil” (without the quotes obviously)… hope that helps. BTW… I LOVE THIS WEBSITE!!!! But wondering where else online I could look for other mods and information on tweaking vehicles… Any help at all… im not a newbie to computers just a newbie at spintires…
